Spirit House opened it's doors in 2005.  The concept was seeded by a close friend of co-founders, Douglas and Ruth-Anne Outerbridge.  "It was as though someone had flicked a switch - I knew that this was supposed to happen.  Douglas had just sold his company and was able to start building right away.  His team materialized very quickly and Spirit provided us with the necessary funding.  It was effortless, added confirmation that this was meant to be. We felt the importance of creating a space that would be a blank canvas  in order to feel welcoming to those of ALL spiritual faiths and religions.  Fifteen years later we are in awe of the spirited, spiritual community that has grown."  Ruth-Anne

Locals Welcome Too
  • Locals Whole Weekend - $400 
  • Accommodation for six people - 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds.
  • Please bring your own sheets/towels  
  • Friday evening through Sunday afternoon  
  • ​Includes the use of Sanctuary upstairs (when classes not taking place) & the ground floor
Spirit House Rental Rates
  • $30 an hour
  • ½ day - $100 (4 hours)
  • 1 day - $200 (8 hours)
