Aquarian Sadhana (spiritual practice) is the mother of all Sadhanas in Kundalini Yoga Technology. Yogi Bhajan gave us this practice in 1992 to take us through the transition into the Aquarian age. It prepares our psyches to excel in new environments and coming of age.
"Sadhana is a means through which you can defeat all your miseries, misfortunes and handicaps. It is a very personal thing which does not relate to anybody except yourself." Yogi Bhajan
The Aquarian Sadhana attunes your gunas, your chakras and your mind to the change of the age.
"We will need intuition, stamina, both physical and mental self awareness and a new depth of spiritual experience that can hold our identity in the face of global changes, relentless competition, information overload and ecological and environmental challenges" Yogi Bhajan
Doing Sadhana in a group develops group consciousness, it amplifies the impact of the meditation and not only adds to individual effect, it multiplies it.
It encompasses:
Japji (the song of the soul)
Kundalini Kriya (set of exercises) relaxation
Mantras (chanting)
The entire practice helps to raise the Kundalini energy, clear the subconscious mind, and brings self awareness and personal victory.
Please bring a head covering (scarf, turban)
